Vertical 5
Horizonal 5
Opacity 65

Open a new 600x600 white image/paste frame1/image/resize 20%.

Click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6/paste paper7 under frame layer as a new layer/selections/invert/delete/right click/properties/opacity to 80.

Paste tube of choice/position/delete/right click//properties/opacity to 80.
Paste moon&stars/resize 50%/position/dropshadow.

Paste 2nd tube of choice/position/delete/deselect/dropshadow.

Hide background layer/layers/merge/merge visible/dropshadow/unhide layer.

Paste heart1/resize 33%position/dropshadow.

Paste bow3 as a new layer/image/flip/resize 33%/layers/duplicate/image/mirror/dropshadow.

Paste branch1/resize 50%/layers/duplicate/position/dropshadow.

Paste flower2/resize 67%/position/repeat with flower1/dropshadow.

Paste bling2 below merged frame layer/resize 50%/move to the left side of the tag/layers/duplicate 7 times/position/right click on layer7/merge/merge down to first bling layer/dropshadow.

　
Paste my wordart/position/dropshadow.

Layers/merge/merge visible/image/resize all layers 10%.

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Save.
