Dropshadow for entire tut:
Vertical 5
Horizonal 5
Opacity 52
Blur 8

Open a new white 500x500 image/paste frame3 as a new layer/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 5%.

　
Paste paper11 under frame/resize 10%/selections/invert/delete.

Paste bathtime bear3 as a new layer/resize 25%/position/delete/deselect/dropshadow.

　
Hide white background layer/layers/merge/merge visible all other layers/dropshadow/unhide layer.

Paste ribbonflower4 as a new layer/resize 40%/edit/repeat resize 2 times/position/layers/duplicate 2 times/position/dropshadow.

Paste swirlybeads1 below frame layer/using your pick tool,position to the right of the tag/layers/duplicate/using the pick tool again,position the beads/dropshadow to both layers.

Paste wordart1 as a new layer/resize 40%/position/dropshadow.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Add copyrights

Add name.

Save.

For my name,I used paper12 for fill/black on the foreground.
