2 masks of choice,I am using Vix masks 151&171 here.

Font of choice,I am using Rope MF here.

-This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP-

Dropshadow for tut:
Vertical 6
Horizonal 6
Opacity 55
Blur 7

Open masks,minimize.

Open a new 700x600 white image.

Paste paper 2 as a new layer/right click/new mask layer/from image/select first mask you are using/layers/merge/merge group/resize larger 20%.

Repeat with paper 11 using second mask choice/do not resize.

Paste frame 1/image/free rotate to the right 90 degrees/resize 53%/edit/repeat resize.

Click inside frame using your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 5.

Paste paper 1 below frame layer/selections/invert/delete/deselect/apply dropshadow to frame only.

Image/resize all layers 25%.

Paste doodle 2 below paper layer/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/layers/duplicate 2 times/position.

Moving up top/paste badge/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize 2 times/position/dropshadow.

Repeat with fence.

Repeat resize with cat tails/layers/duplicate/position copy/dropshadow.

Repeat with barrel/do not duplicate.

Repeat with boot/resize 1 extra time.

Repeat with guitar.

Paste tube of choice/resize if desired/position/dropshadow.

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Save.
