Font of choice,I am using Mistral,came with my psp program.
-This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP-
Dropshadow of choice for tut.
Open a new 700x600 white image.
Paste gold frame/image/free rotate to the right 90 degrees/resize 20%.
Click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 5.
Paste paper 7 below frame layer/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.
Paste sky scape/resize 25%/position/delete/deselect/dropshadow.
Right click on frame layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/dropshadow/resize all layers 22%.
Paste wire heart below merged layers/resize 8%.
Paste ace of hearts/resize 50%/position/dropshadow.
Paste shoe 1/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/position/dropshadow.
Repeat with charm chain.
Paste bow 1/resize 60%/position/dropshadow.
Repeat with money&dice.
Paste tube of choice/position/dropshadow/edit/repeat dropshadow 2 times.
Add copyrights.
Add name.
Layers/merge/merge visible.
Resize all layers 3%.
Save.
