~This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP~



Open a new 550 x 600 white canvas.


Paste frame/image/free rotate/rotate to the right 90 degrees/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 5.


Paste paper 5 below frame layer/position/selections/invert/delete/deselect.


Highlight white background layer/paste firework/layers/duplicate 3 times/position,see my tag for reference/right click on copy 3 of firework/merge/merge down to first fire work layer/layers/duplicate 2 times/rename f1,f2 and f3/we will come back to these shortly.


Paste/position following:


String stars/resize 20%

Blue star/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize

Repeat with hat

Firecracker/resize 50%

Repeat with USA block

Paste tube/resize if desired


Apply dropshadow of choice to all layers except f1,f2 and f3 layers


Image/resize all layers 15%


Add copyrights


Add name


If not animating/layers/merge/merge visible/save.


To animated:


Highlight f1 layer/effects/alien skins constellation:
Star size: 10.00
Size Variation: 60
Overall Star Density 45
Overdrive: 70
Twinkle Amount: 65
Twinkle Rotation: 68
Mark keep orginal image
Random Seed: 1
ok


Repeat on f2 and f3 layers,clicking on random seed 1 time on each layer.
 
Highlight f1 layer/hide 2&3/edit/copy merged.


Take to AS and paste as a new animation.


Back to psp,hide f1,unhide and highlight f2/edit/copy merged/paste in AS after current frame/repeat with f3 layer.


Save as gif.
