Dropshadow for tut:
Vertical 3
Horizonal 3
Opacity 24
Blur 1


Canvas size:600x600


Paste round frame as a new layer/resize 20%.


Click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 4.


Paste paper 10 below the frame layer/position/selections/invert/delete/deselect.


Right click on frame layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/dropshadow.


Effects/texture effects/blinds/width 7/opacity 20/light from left/top checked/color #ff40ff.


Paste pattern frame below merged layers/resize 15%.


Click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 5.


Paste paper 9 below the frame layer/position/selections/invert/delete/deselect.

Right click on frame layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/layers/duplicate/image/flip/dropshadow.


Paste buttons/resize 50%/effects/mosaic-glass/adjust your settings to your liking/layers/duplicate 3 times/position/dropshadow.


Paste/position/dropshadow following:


Butterflies/resize 30%/layers/duplicate1 time


Bird/resize 80%


Repeat with music notes


Ladybug/resize 50%


Tube/0 on vertical dropshadow


 
Add copyrights.


Add name.


Layers/merge/merge visible.


Image/resize all layers 20%.


Save.
