Dropshadow:
Vertical 3
Horizonal 3
Opacity 38
Blur 2

Open template/hit shiftD to duplicate/close orginal/delete credit layer.

First we are going to fill in the template as follows/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste into selection/deselect/position/dropshadow:

Rectangle 1/paper 6

Glitter circles leave as is

Circle 1/paper 5

Rectangle 2/paper 4

Strip 1/paper 2

Dotted line/color fill black or color of choice

Circle 2/color fill with #f4c2e3

Dotted circle/paper 4

Strip 2/color fill #8585b9

Dotted line 2/color fill black

Highlight circle 2 layer/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste close up/position/selections/invert/delete/deselect.

Effects/photo effects/sepia toning/select slight age from drop down menu/apply dropshadow.

Hide background layer/layers/merge/merge visible/resize 15%.

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Frangipani/resize 20%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Bow 2/resize 50%

Flower stem/resize 35%

Mask/resize 25%/repeat resize

Pineapple/resize 55%

Coconut/resize 65%

Strawberry vine/resize 70%

Tube

Butterfly 1/resize 55%/repeat resize/layers/duplicate 1 time

Unhide background layer or delete.

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 20%.

Save.
